The role of the Immersive Programme Coordintaor is fundamental to creating 'raving fans' of the company's experiences.
? Day to day responsibilities:

- Taking full control of a number of our immersive weekend and summer programmes (following comprehensive training). This will include:

- Programme creation: designing descriptions, timetables, content and interactive activities for students to achieve outstanding experiential learning of the most competitive careers
- Events management: managing the logistics of live events; producing registers; procuring materials; and managing student feedback
- Relationship management: sourcing and co-ordinating quality professional speakers and programme delivery teams
- Unleashing your creative energy to consistently challenge how the student experience on can be improved
- Supporting their safeguarding team with ensuring students are supported throughout their time with the company
- Researching and developing new industries for the company to deliver programmes in

? About you:
You are somebody who has a deep passion for developing young people to fulfil their potential. You relish the opportunity to gain immediate responsibility and a wide range of experience from day one as part of a fast growing start up.
- A deep interest in supporting students in breaking in to competitive career fields, including but not limited to: law, banking, medicine, engineering, psychology and more
- You feel a sense of passion and belonging when you read our cultural values (set out below) and a belief in the company's sense of purpose
- A deeply-entrenched sense of personal pride in your work, and a commitment to giving students a 5* experience in every interaction
- Experience in and a passion for programme/events management (essential)
- Experience working with students aged between 12 and 18 (desirable)
- Fantastic multitasking/organisational skills, with a dedication to attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines, working under pressure and being able to problem-solve
- An affinity for public speaking and presenting
- Outstanding professional communication skills - both written and oral
- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, such as high-ranking professionals, university students and young people
