**In this role, you will join a completely new project f a wld-known ganisation, which might transfm the future of wking remotely As a Program Codinat (Design/Product)** you will suppt the Design Program Manager and the wider Design Team by maintaining programs and initiatives that help the team run efficiently and deliver high-quality experiences.**

**What will you do**:

- Management of assigned projects wking to ensure delivery against project requirements
- Understand and actively remove impediments f project teams and project requirements
- Create detailed project plans with project teams,
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies identified on projects. Escalate as appropriate.
- Codinate, where required, when business processes needed f project success utilize teams external to the project
- Update internal repting packs focusing on project delivery
- Assist in codination relating to project-specific production incidents and escalations that occur during project timelines
- Identify process improvements and raise these with the respective leads
- Suppt financial management, including project creation and time tracking
- 5+ years’ experience managing projects with Product Teams (especially designers)
- Strong project codination experience
- Ability to wk in a fast-paced environment
- Experience wking with cross-functional teams (e.g. Design / Product / Engineering)

**Nice to have**:

- Any experience with Design Systems unifying asset suites and maintaining/scaling.
