- Ability to talk confidently to customers and answer questions and queries.
- Ability to multitask using the CRM system whilst holding conversation with customers
- Strong customer focus to ensure you meet customers’ requirements and to maintain company standards of excellent service at all times.

There is a basic salary of £21,255 and there is also an **UNCAPPED** commission scheme but on average the current team earn around £800 per month on top of their basic wage.

This is a Monday to Friday role working normal hours of 9am - 5pm.

All of the equipment (laptop & Headset) will be provided and training will be provided via Zoom.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newcastle upon Tyne
