**Position**:

As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping them decide on their product and working to build a long-term relationship with them. You will also be responsible for training other sales associates, assisting in the sales cycle and marketing strategies.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Marketing team to develop new strategies for promotions.
- Work with other department managers to ensure that all customers are treated professionally and appropriately at all times.
- Implement sales training programs for new and existing employees as directed by management.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM system.
- Assist in the sales cycle from customer acquisition to closing sales. This includes meeting with potential customers and qualifying them as well as ensuring the customer is satisfied with our products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned by management including Order Entry, Customer Service, or Sales Support duties (if needed).

**Salary**: £22,079.00-£24,882.00 per year
