**About the role**

You will support to the Showroom Manager and Coordinator on all aspects of the UK showrooms, from visuals to merchandising all samples across our product portfolio.

You will support the showroom team to ensure all facilities and operations connected with customer and internal meetings and events are executed to the highest standards.

Our Showroom Assistant main duties and responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

- Conduct daily checks to ensure showrooms are clean and ready for use, and after each meeting.
- Ensure showrooms are clean and tidy at all times and create a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage the upkeep of refreshments throughout the building, replenishing and ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinate and deliver food and drinks for internal and external meetings.
- Manage the distribution of sample deliveries (showroom, customer and PR).
- Support the Showroom Coordinator to ensure showrooms are complete with all relevant and up to date samples.
- Ensure the showroom warehouse and storage areas are kept organised and conduct regular inventories to ensure old samples are removed and disposed of.
- Accept and sign for deliveries and request recipient to collect from front of house.
- Liaise with reception to arrange transportation for customers and key staff when attending the showrooms.

You will be a professional, friendly and approachable person with a positive outlook. You are detailed oriented, you can closely follow instructions and have the ability to carry out manual work such as lifting.

To succeed, you will need to demonstrate the below skills/experience:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated and with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to manage frequent changes and ability to react quickly.
- Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Retail experience, knowledge of fashion and/or footwear industry would be an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions closely and to lift heavy boxes
- Full valid UK driving licence would be an advantage.
