**Team Coordinator with South Tyneside**

**£26,661.24 per annum**

**Real Life Options **is a reputable and caring provider of support services for individuals with Learning Disabilities. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Coordinator to join the team in our South Tyneside services.

The Team Coordinator will work closely with the Manager and will responsible for the oversight of or services within South Tyneside. Your main duties will include; assisting with rota management, liaising with social workers, attending formal meetings, providing direction and practice guidance to Support Workers and keeping all services in line with Legislation and CQC guidelines

**The Role**

You will assist with supervisions, performance management, carrying out audits and spot checks, taking a lead role in the support and development of Support Workers. You will be responsible for compliance with policies and procedures and deputising in the Service Manager’s absence. Experience in a social care environment would be a distinct advantage, as well as a strong background working within support and care. You will be required to support the service out of hours on a rota basis.

You will have responsibilities for ensuring our Person-Cantered Support and Enablement model of care is embedded throughout your services.

**Qualifications and Experience**

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it or equivalent

Minimum 2 years in a senior role
