**A&P NORTH EAST - Team Leaders**

Are you ready to lead our teams who are shaping the future of our Fabrication here at A&P Tyne.

We are looking for a number of Team Leaders to oversee and coordinate the activities of the team. Key roles critical to quality standards, promoting safety protocols, and driving our collaborative work environment.

It's a great opportunity for someone who has a Welding / Plating trade and is looking for a fresh challenge with the level of responsibility that comes with leading.

**So what will you do?**
- Within your trade, Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of welders to achieve production goals
- Guide and support them fostering a positive and efficient workplace
- Coordinate projects to complete on time and on spec
- Record activities, including project details, time logs, and quality control reports
- Prioritise and schedule tasks
- Enforce safety so that we all go home safe and well
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development
- Ensure equipment is functioning and address any malfunctions promptly

**And what are we looking for?**
- Supervisory / leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of engineering within fabrication or similar
- Trade trained in the operation being supervised with in depth knowledge of trade processes, techniques, and equipment
- Problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a fabrication environment.
