Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary £20,000 - £25,000

**Responsibilities to include but not limited to**:

- Handling and processing inbound sales orders
- Providing product information and advice
- Managing open sales orders providing back order dates to customers
- Establishing and building a rapport with the customers
- Resolving queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Effective inter-departmental communication to resolve queries
- Customer account maintenance
- Occasional staff cover in the shop as and when required

**Skills and Experience**
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple concurrent projects and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in Customer Services would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to problem solve and implement solutions
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel
