Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Property Sales Assistant/Administrator, initially on a temporary basis until March 2023. This is a full time role with hybrid working, based at home and also covering sites in Inverness and Ross-shire.

Duties include:

- Attending Market Valuation Appraisals with prospective Clients (full training provided) undertake appraisals and communicate with the developers.
- Ensure Customer Experience is conducted in a professional, friendly and positive manner at all times.
- Determine applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided.
- Undertake viewings, signing out and in Keys.
- Ensure all viewings are followed up and that the feedback is provided to the vendor.
- Progressing Offers to a satisfactory conclusion of sale, utilising the full auditable compliance process.
- Maintenance of client property files and adherence to company structure and standards.
- Compliance to legislative requirements and company directives, policies and procedures.
- Support new clients and respond to their incoming enquiries.
- Implement property marketing, using online portals, supported by social media.
- Update sales database, ensuring client files are current.
- Undertake call outs and follow up existing client contact.
- Responding to all incoming and outgoing enquiries with a professional manner and with accurate information.
- Progression update meetings on a daily / weekly basis with colleagues.
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers.
- Work together with solicitors to ensure a smooth and timely completion of properties.
- Hand over keys to new owners, taking meter readings at hand over.

Person specification:

- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred (not essential).
- Property sector experience preferred (not essential).
- Well organised.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional manner.
- Capable of undertaking training and development opportunities.
- Skills in keeping clear records and report writing.
- Ability to confidently collaborate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage own workload and diary.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information in line with GDPR and other relevant guidance.
