MATCHA.JOBS is partnering with a Nationwide Property Services Company specializing in asset management for major UK institutional investors, including pension funds. Currently managing a residential property portfolio of over 170,000 properties across England and Wales, their role extends beyond administration to responsible long-term property stewardship.

As a Consents Team Administrator within the Leasehold Management Team, you serve as the backbone of the department, providing essential administration and technical support for legal inquiries and conveyancing processes related to the sale of leasehold properties in your designated portfolio.

In essence, your vital role involves handling a dedicated portfolio of legal inquiries and processes related to the sale of leasehold properties, while also collecting fees on behalf of your designated Landlords. Your responsibility extends to protecting the rights of your pool of Landlords/Clients and ensuring that residents receive necessary permissions and information promptly and efficiently.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge and understanding of legal requirements for the transfer and mortgage of Leasehold and Freehold property.
- Understanding of the legal conveyancing process.
- Experience within the residential property sector or the broader property industry.
- Experience in dealing with solicitors, conveyancers, and surveyors.
- Familiarity with Land Registry titles & Requisitions.
- Knowledge and experience using Qube software.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Upto £30,000 per annum (STE) + Bonus
- **Working Hours**:Hybrid role - 3 days WFH and 2 days in Central London Offices, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
