The role is for 37 hours per week and is a 12 month temporary role with a pay rate of £14.49 per hour.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide an administrative service to the Chief Engineer and Management Team in achieving the Product Development Group objectives.
- General administrative support to Product Development Group.
- Manage travel arrangements for the department.
- Compilation and issue of departmental performance indicators, Notice Board Management and co-ordinating of data reporting.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management Reviews
- Co-ordinate personal expense submissions in line with policy.
- Administration of the Time & Attendance system and training records.
- Maintenance of departmental procedures
- Local Area Network administration.
- Supporting department activities as required.eg filing, ordering stationery, post etc.
- Undertake a key role in Health and Safety within the department

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- An excellent team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Capable of managing multiple work inputs and determining priorities with minimum guidance.
- With well-developed administrative skills ideally gained within an environment familiar with dealing with confidential data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
