**What you'll be doing**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Advisor to join our Sales team at On the Beach The positions offer a £21,500 FTE basic salary plus uncapped commission.
The role of a Sales Travel Advisor will ensure all incoming sales enquiries from customers are handled in an efficient and timely manner whilst meeting or exceeding all agreed departmental targets. We are on the lookout for friendly, helpful and energetic people who can provide top class customer service, can learn quickly and are interested in developing their career in the holiday industry. We want you to have fun and show positivity while demonstrating flexibility to the needs to our customers and the business.
As a Sales Travel Advisor at On the Beach, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive warm calls from both new and existing customers - selling beach holidays to UK customers and converting them into bookings (over 50 million visitors to our website annually so lots of warm leads)
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs, relate back and close the deal
- Achieving and exceeding company, team and individual objectives relating to sales targets, productivity, product knowledge and attendance/punctuality and in turn be rewarded on our generous commission scheme.
- Maintain accurate information on the companys products, commercial campaigns and ancillary services
- Ensure bookings that are made are fully realised and booked whilst taking commercial responsibility for the profitability of the booking
- Dealing with some after sales changes and enquiries from customers
**You'll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience**
- Experience of working in a high activity inbound or outbound sales role
- Travel experience is preferred
- You can demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle
- A highly motivated attitude to targets
- Experience working in a consultative sales role
- Goal orientated with a passion to succeed
- A passion for beach holidays and travel
**What to expect from our interview process**
After an initial screening and selection process, our interview will involve a telephone interview followed by a final interview in at our awesome Aeroworks office in Manchester

**Ways of working**
This role is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week over evenings and weekends. You will work a flexible week ranging between Monday to Sunday with varied shift patterns between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 20:00 on a Saturday or Sunday.
During your probation period you will be required to work from our amazing Aeroworks office in Manchester, this is to make sure you have all the support you need during the start of your journey with us.
After your full time induction in our Manchester city centre office, your working week could look something like this: 1 or 2 days a week in our Aeroworks HQ in Manchester (10 minute walk from Piccadilly station) and 3 or 4 days a week working from home.
