Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the activities of the allocated wards across the Division, including cross cover for administrative team members.
- Ensure that communication with all internal and external contacts is effected in a professional, courteous and responsive manner.
- Ensure adequate stock of forms and paperwork. Printing and organisation of ward forms and ward folders
- Establish and maintain accurate and efficient filing systems for all ward related filing.
- Staff Photo Board management
- Ensure all Patient Scanning, Filing and uploading is completed in a timely manner.
- Complete ward maintenance helpdesk requests as required.
- Maintain stationery, ward supplies and stock as required for the allocated wards in accordance with St Andrew’s policies and procedures.
- Work in line with St Andrew’s policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security of data, at all times and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties necessary to ensure the smooth running of the ward.
