**About us and the role**
Drinks Packaging Ltd have been trading for 10 years, supplying off the shelf and printed packaging into the exciting U.K. craft brewery sector and wider drinks industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small, friendly and forward-looking team, with the potential to grow within the business.
We’re continually developing, with new and exciting projects in the pipeline, so there’s never been a better time to join DPL and become a key member of our team.
As part of our current plans we are looking for a Sales Administrator to not only focus on and maintain our current customer accounts, but to drive the business forward with a number of new opportunities and initiatives.
**The role includes but is not limited to**:
- Receiving and processing incoming sales enquiries and web orders
- Supporting the Directors by producing sales reports, competitor reviews, customer databases as required
- Preparing and mailing out quotes to prospective customers
- Managing sales projects and initiatives
- A proactive sales approach; looking for areas to develop sales across the range
- Managing client expectations in terms of timescales, product availability and costs
- Liaising with suppliers to arrange orders and deliveries
- Assisting with account growth and development by keeping in regular contact with allocated accounts
- Providing support for events/trade shows
- Developing a strong knowledge of our product range
- Accounts administration
**Skills, experience, knowledge**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Good organisational skills
- Strong customer service focus
- To be able to work independently and take initiative
- To be able to work within a team to achieve objectives
- To have a good commercial understanding and spot opportunities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
