  • Proactive engagement with customers; face to face and by phone
  • Able to work as part of a friendly and supportive team
  • Need to be commercially aware in a retail environment
  • Jewellery sales experience would be an advantage
  • Understanding customer needs and financial needs
  • Attention to detail for booking in repair work
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Well presented, reliable and punctual
  • Passion for jewellery
  • Some jewellery sales experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day retail and sales duties
  • Engagement with customers for an outstanding sales experience
  • Booking in jewellery and watch repairs
  • Preparation of display windows and cabinets
  • Light workshop repairs (training provided)
  • General housekeeping, polishing of jewellery etc
  • Administrative duties
