Motor Claims Change Consultant
**Salary**: between £30,000 and £35,000
We are currently recruiting for a Motor Claims Change Consultant to work on BAU & Re-engineering change to support personal and commercial customers today. The role will be suited to someone who loves working collaboratively across the business, can drive change using technology, wants to get stuck in and has a can-do attitude.
The role is within the Motor Re-engineering Change Programme of Motor Claims.
A bit about the job:
The Motor Claims Change team is at the heart of making it click for our customers and key in delivering our strategy. We collaborate with colleagues across Motor Claims and beyond and use our skills to transform customer experience. Using data to drive focus on the right areas, we understand what matters to our customer and colleagues and how we can remove waste to transform our claims Service. We plan and deliver process improvement and identify opportunities for automation and digital adoption, whilst ensuring there is robust governance around all operational change.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management skills. Comfortable facilitating discussions with people across different functions and seniority levels with good communication and presentation skills, capable of organising workshops, forums and acting as a facilitator.- Being comfortable working in ambiguity and thinking on your feet with strong collaboration skills.- Creating Business Cases and understanding, tracking, and presenting benefits.- Be able to identify risks and work within the change governance framework.- Understanding/experience in making rule-based changes and ability to use logical problem solving in Guidewire ClaimCenter/an IT platform, Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
