**Summary**
- I am a 41-year-old man looking for support out and about in the community. I am a talkative, fun character and enjoy taking part in a range of activities including music, basketball, go-karting, and cooking._
- The successful applicants will be kind, considerate, and organized._
- As part of the role, you will need to formulate a weekly/monthly schedule of activities, whilst taking into account my weekly financial budget. The activities should be engaging and help build my confidence and independence._
- I have a range of conditions including epilepsy, partial deafness, and double vision. I also have memory loss and because of this, you will create a memory book of photos of all the activities that I participate in, which I will need support to do._
