At **Jewson, Swansea** we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a **Part Time Branch Assistant **helping to deliver a great service to our customers. You will be joining a busy branch in which no two days are ever the same.

**Please note this role is part time working 22 hours per week.**

**What we’re looking for**:
Our branches are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.
- Greeting customers as they come into branch, ensuring they receive excellent customer service
- Answering the phone and dealing with any incoming queries
- Stock checks
- Keeping the branch clean and tidy, updating displays

**What you will be doing**:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, you should be happy working both indoors and outdoors with a focus on H&S. No previous experience is required. Just a desire to learn and have a passion to put the customer first.
