Customer Service Administrator

Precia-Molen is one of the leading suppliers of industrial weighing equipment in the world. We have an excellent opportunity at our Dunfermline office for a **Customer Service Administrator.**
Working within an established team, the department's aim is to provide the highest level of customer care within the weighing industry. The Customer Service Administrator will have the responsibility of liaising with both new and existing customers regarding their service contracts, inputting of new contracts onto the SAP system as well as renewing existing contracts.
**Essential requirements**:
- Able to work in a highly pressurised environment
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience of working within a customer focussed/driven environment
- Able to use own initiative
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel and Word
- A working knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
**Salary £21,000**
**Hybrid Working - 3 days office based (flexible), 2 days at home.**
Benefits: Flexible bank holidays, company pension (auto enrol) and private healthcare scheme. (after 18 months)
Holiday entitlement 23 days rising to 25 days in year 2.
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
