We are _**I Need Staff Today Limited **_and we seek a _**Strategic Executive Assistant**_ for our client based in the heart of.

Our client is working directly for Lewis, our CEO, you'll be involved in all businesses in which Lewis and family are involved in. These range from automotive, investment and even a Women's Football Club.The company is well-backed and rapidly growing. They thrive on pushing boundaries and creating groundbreaking solutions. Their team is passionate, driven, and dedicated to making a real impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and day-to-day tasks.
- Attend meetings alongside the CEO, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Work closely with the CEO on business strategy and help roll out new ideas to the management team.
- Help to promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing solutions.
- Conduct research and provide insights to contribute to decision-making processes.
- **Project Management**:

- Support the Management Team with key projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and in line with company goals.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, facilitating effective communication.
- **Communication Guru**:

- Draft and edit documents, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Be the eyes and ears of the CEO, ensuring they are informed about key developments in the company.
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Foster openness to audit processes and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.
- Provide support to ensure all admin, digital filing systems and documents are kept up to date

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in delivering success within businesses.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record in delivering tasks on time and holding stakeholders accountable
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to business planning.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other collaboration tools.
