**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Kudos Recruitment Group. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and awareness for our client's unique Retail Ecommerce Charitable organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop marketing campaigns to capitalize on them
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics
* Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
* Excellent multitasking and project management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
