Persimmon Homes Midlands are seeking 2 x Customer Care Administrators to join their Customer Care team in the office in Northampton. As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently and politely dealing with incoming communication from customers following their house purchase, logging telephone calls, arranging for contractors and maintenance operatives to attend home visits, checking progress, ordering materials, managing work calendars and prioritising a busy workload.

**Qualifications/Experience**

**Skills**

We require well organised, motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. You will be able to multitask, prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player. It is essential that you are able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure during particularly busy periods of the year.

You will have a good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A polite and professional telephone manner is essential for this role.
