Change Delivery Lead

**About The Job**
Join us as a Change Delivery Lead and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the roads and infrastructure in our community.
**Salary**: £41,418 to £44,428 per annum.
**Location**: County Hall, Chichester. Hybrid working with a requirement to come into the office on Tuesday and Wednesday.
**Contract**: Permanent.
**Working pattern**: Full-time, 37 hours per week with flexible working opportunities.
**Employer Pension Contribution**: 19.7% this alters per annum on the 1st April each year.
**Annual leave**: 30 days holiday + Bank holidays = **38 days**.

As a Change Delivery Lead, you will bring a focus on delivery, creativity, and a lean-agile mindset to ensure the successful delivery of quality outcomes for our customers and colleagues. You will work within the business assurance group in highways, transport, and planning.
You will work closely with teams in both technical and non-technical areas of the business to optimise value and ensure efficient project delivery. You will be responsible for leading successful implementation of organisational changes.
You will play a pivotal role in:
- Researching issues,
- Identifying solutions,
- Implementing change, Ensuring the adoption and sustainability of it,
- Driving business transformation.
**What we need from you**:
- Experience of developing and executing a change delivery strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, analysing results, and implementing enhancements to the change delivery process.
- Identify potential obstacles and proactively develop mitigation plans to minimise disruptions during the change process.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and build a shared understanding of change objectives.
- Proven experience in change management, with a track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research, evaluation, consultation, and information gathering.
- Project management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyse complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
