Pressure Ulcer Prevention Lead

We are seeking an experienced Pressure Ulcer Prevention Lead to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. This role requires a qualified nurse with expertise in effective wound management and pressure ulcer prevention. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialist clinical care, with responsibility for assessment, primary, and/or secondary diagnosis within an agreed scope of practice.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
Responsibilities:- To perform comprehensive advanced holistic assessments of patients' nursing needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care and tissue viability needs.
- Deliver expertise in triage, wound assessment, and planning of care to ensure timely review of patients with more complex wounds.
