Join a team where your efforts are central to our operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

In the role of SiOP Business Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in supporting SiOP activities, focusing on the meticulous collection and consolidation of demand and supply data. You’ll engage with key stakeholders to ensure the swift and successful execution of action plans. Your primary goal is to facilitate communication and coordination across sales, service, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, quality, warehouse, and logistics within various business units across EMEA region, driving SiOP action plans to their conclusion.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Leading monthly SiOP sessions to define and follow up on action plans.
- Collaborating with internal action owners to ensure continuous progress.
- Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on action updates, identifying potential risks and devising contingency plans.
- Synchronising demand and supply plans with Sales and Supply teams.
- Working closely with the SiOP Business Analyst to address data gaps and uphold data quality governance, including scorecard management.
- Acting as a thought leader alongside the Head of SiOP, providing insights into demand and supply aspects of the business.
