We are excited to announce a great opportunity has arisen in our occupational health division looking for a key skilled administrator.

The individual will ensure that standards of dress for self are such as to engender public confidence and are appropriate for the working environment in terms of safety (including ensuring Personal Protective Equipment is available if required).

Create a warm and welcoming environment conducive to receiving visitors and staff attending OHD.

To undertake a broad range of clerical duties as required for the efficient operation of the service, maintaining sufficient levels of stationery and compile orders as and when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To manage and co-ordinate the day to day office functions of the OHS, providing a full administration service. This includes keeping the OH Manager informed of service issues so that the most up to date information is provided.
2. To deal courteously with enquiries/ telephone calls from clients and to solve issues raised using own initiative in a discreet and timely manner.
3. To maintain an efficient diary COHORT system for the Occupational Health Physician (OHP) and OH manager and Advisers (Electronic as required) arranging appointments, meetings, leave etc. ensuring effective time management of such.
4. Ensure a high standard of verbal and written communication to customers,

managers and staff at all levels within Trust.
5. To co-ordinate security arrangements for the opening and closing of the department and confidential systems.
6. Any other relevant duties as requested by the Occupational Health Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Occupational Health Service

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services, including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics.

Job Summary
