Trainee HR Administrator

Role responsibilities:
- Assisting with all administrative tasks associated with recruitment
- Work collaboratively with entire HR Team
- Ensure all relevant internal stakeholders receive the required documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including staff holidays, sickness etc.
- Provide administrative support in organising meetings and exit interviews
- Provide monthly HR analytics and reports to the HR Manager
- Assist with other general office administration
- Maintaining HR systems by processing all relevant changes
- Ad-hoc projects as required by the HR Manager
