Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out routine inspections of our tenanted portfolio of properties
- Reporting to Landlords with condition reports including any maintenance issues
- Performing general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing, uploading contractors invoices onto the office software
- Carrying out viewings
- Contacting tenant’s when their rent is late
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events or meetings
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of basic data entry procedures and systems
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ability to adapt to new computerized systems or software

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
