**JOB TITLE: Payroll and Benefits Coordinator**
**COMPANY: Vernacare Ltd - VGI**
**REPORTING TO: Head of HR**
**Salary dependant on experience, skills and qualifications.**
**Scope of Appointment**:
- Technical Lead for the payroll function
- Primary Contact with outsourced payroll company
- Management and maintenance of time and attendance system
- Benefits Administration

**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Working with the outsourced payroll company to outsource the remaining payrolls alongside internal colleagues.
- Ensuring all information is transferred to the outsourced payroll company accurately and in timely manner.
- Responsibility for the internal time and attendance system ensuring it is correct and liaising with managers to ensure they operate correctly.
- Initially, processing of payrolls where required in a timely and accurate manner
- To keep up to date with payroll legislation and processes and adopt a continuous improvement approach
- Liaise with the external suppliers for all HR and Payroll systems
- Project manage any integration/outsource projects following acquisition
- Responsibility for administration of all company benefits
- Fleet Management

**Experience, Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experienced in end to end payroll processing
- Experience working with payroll systems for both processing and implementation projects
- Aptitude to learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent advanced IT skills
- Literate and numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Possess good problem solving skills.
