I'm looking for an experienced **Payroll Officer **to join our clients' business in Chorley, Lancashire. Excellent benefits including hybrid working. Great team. Secure business. Possibly consider slightly reduced hours or 4 days.

**About the job**
Varied and interesting Payroll Officer role, which will see you processing the monthly payrolls for the business, along with supporting other members of the HR and finance team. You will do everything from setting up new starters, processing the monthly wage including holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay, and pensions.

To be successful in this role you will have good Payroll Officer experience. You will have strong system skills including excel. You will be able to work with speed and accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic, be organised and methodical and be able to multitask. You will be personable and a great team player.

**Requirements**:

- Payroll Officer experience of running a payroll from start to finish
- Team player, supporting other members of the HR and finance team
- Good system skills
- Good Excel skills
- Friendly and a good communicator

**Salary Range & Benefits**
The salary for this role is £26,000-£30,000. The company also offers excellent benefits including onsite parking and cycle to work scheme.
