What it's like to work here:The Bristol portfolio has a diverse range of properties, from countryside to coast as well as the spectacular Victorian estate at Tyntesfield where the role of Facilities Co-ordinator will be based. Tyntesfield’s excellent location just outside of Bristol means there is great scope to develop the visitor experience and management of this estate, and the team are encouraged to be forward thinking and creative in their approach.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service to enable the successful operation of our group of properties. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll be assisting with the completion of essential health and safety tasks, some preventative and reactive maintenance as well as presentation duties and management of contractors. The role will be a mixture of desk based and hands-on activities, indoors and outdoors. Your work will potentially include some weekend and bank holiday working.
