An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Team Administrator to provide support to the Quality Standards Team.

Applicants will need to have good general IT skills, be competent with data inputting, familiar with the use of excel and spread sheets have general clerical and administration skills, be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The administrator will work closely with the Quality Standards team. This role requires day-to-day provision of an efficient, comprehensive and confidential secretarial and administrative service. Together we all make the difference.

We are looking for an administrator to join our Quality Standards Team. This post will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to work within a corporate service that provides Trust wide support to staff on meeting fundamental standards of care.

As a Band 4 Administrator, you will be expected to act as secretarial and administrative support including, but not limited to:

- Undertaking administrative and secretarial work as required by the team.
- Providing cover and support, working as a team.
- Dealing efficiently with all correspondence, monitoring telephone enquiries and providing information as appropriate.
- Typing and composing letters, memoranda, newsletters and other documentation as required.
- Using Microsoft Excel to produce reports, graphs and charts as requested.
- Liaising with other departments linked to the Quality Standards service.
- Leading on the administration process for setting up accreditation reviews.
- Supporting the Divisions when they are inspected by the CQC
- Convening and attending regular meetings as required, producing agendas and accurate minutes, making all necessary arrangements, including the collation of papers and agenda items.
- Data collection to support Team Managers monthly reporting and support completion of the service quarterly Key Performance Indicators report.
- Input, update and maintain information and resolve queries.
- Undertake any other duties that would be a reasonable expectation of the role
