We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist who can deliver first-class service and go above and beyond to meet our customers' needs while processing imports and export shipments. **Location**:Belfast **Hours**:9 am-6 pm

**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through telephone and electronic communication.
- Contribute to the retention of existing business and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Encourage customers to utilize Schenker e-solutions to enhance their experience.
- Respond efficiently to customer issues and complaints, striving for swift resolution.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and identify opportunities to increase gross profit levels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, investigate and solve problems, escalating when necessary.
- Support the implementation process and set up customer profiles.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify departmental and business efficiencies.
- Ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery of quotations to customers.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will.
- Demonstrate a track record of providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Ideally have experience in transport logistics and/or import/export
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage high workloads in challenging situations.
- Have superb attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Be passionate about delivering service excellence and a commitment to meeting customer needs promptly.
