Mills Milk is a family run business that has been in our family for over 100 years We supply locally sourced milk and farm fresh produce to homes across Ayrshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness as well as wholesale deliveries across Scotland.

Due to our continued success, we are recruiting a Payroll Manager to join our busy Head Office based in Largs on a part-time basis. We require an individual to work 2 days per week. Wednesday must be one of the working days however, we are flexible on the other day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for processing high volume weekly payroll
- Managing the employee pension scheme
- Checking weekly bonus reports and processing
- Calculating average holiday pay calculations
- Liaise directly with employees for any payroll related queries
- Work closely with Senior Management and HR to ensure all payroll related queries are answered appropriately

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of processing payroll
- Good working knowledge of SAGE
- Strong IT skills
- Well organised individual with the ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities
- Keen attention to detail
- Fluency in English language with the Right to Work in the UK

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
