- **We have fantastic opportunities for a Site Administrator to join our team in Scotland. Immediate start available, hourly paid.**_
- **5 day working week, hours Monday - Friday.**_
**What you will be doing**:
- To provide a first point of contact for employees and handle communication professionally.
- Provide high quality administrative support solely for the project.
- Administer and process weekly payroll timesheets and upload payroll into relevant systems for client invoicing including the use of Oracle.
- Provide reporting as required on all elements of payroll processing.
- Handle daily enquiries and internal/external queries in a manner which meets both company procedures and expectations.
- Ensure all processing of paperwork is completed to the required company standard, specifically new starters, changes, and leavers.
- Update administration processes as directed to reflect any new internal controls and directives.
- Maintain Office Systems, including data management.
