Job Title: Senior Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all payroll and establishment-related compliance activities for our clients, ensuring timely remittance of statutory payments and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll and establishment compliance activities for clients, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and CLRA.
  • File annual and half-yearly return filings in various acts.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist clients in handling queries, objections, and inspections by authorities.
  • Proactively follow up with the back office for timely submission of invoices.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
