Job Title: Senior Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all Payroll & Establishment related compliance activities of clients, ensuring timely remittance of statutory payments, and maintaining accurate records of all compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client compliance activities, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and CLRA filings.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow up with the back office for prompt action.
  • Assist clients in handling queries, objections, and inspections by authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities.
  • Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR compliance, including CLRA, Factory, Project, and BOCW compliance.
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
