Overview:
This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

Phoenix is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation to be delivered over a 3-year period (2021-2024). The portfolio is coordinated via the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC), connecting the dots across a set of Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams.

Each Workstream has a dedicated Programme Manager. This Project Support role is required alongside the Finance Functional Workstream Programme Manager - reporting to the Finance GPO Lead with a dotted line to the Phoenix Programme Director.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will work alongside the Finance Functional Workstream Programme Manager, providing administrative support to ensure the projects and changes in scope of the Finance Functional Workstream are delivered in line with the overarching Business Case and Critical Path Tier 1 Plan.

Activities will include (not exhaustive):

- Maintenance and progress tracking against the Tier 2 Finance Programme/Workstream plan (feeding into the overarching Tier 1 plan held at ATC level, feeding from the detailed Tier 3 plans held at project level).
- Creation of the regular Tier 2 Progress Update Reports, feeding into the Tier 1 Progress Update Report, in line with the defined governance rhythm.
- Coordination and creation of content supporting the Finance Workstream Tier 2 governance framework, feeding into the overarching Phoenix ATC Tier 2 governance framework and from the Tier 3 governance framework.
- Administration of Risk and Issue management, supporting the Programme Manager and stakeholders to drive the mitigations identified, escalating as appropriate via the Tier 2 Progress Update report and associated governance forums.
- Supporting the Programme Manager with Interdependency management across the Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams, considering process, technology, data and resource overlap - generating issues and risks as appropriate in line with interdependencies identified.
- Supporting the Programme Manager with Resource coordination across the Finance Functional Workstream, enabling the onboarding of resources (centrally and across the business) in line with the activities, milestones and deliverables outlined in the Tier 1 and 2 plans.
