**Number1Recruit** are looking for a **Sale Coordinator ** to work for our busy client in the **Heywood** area.

Our client is looking to employ a sales-driven and customer focused salesperson to determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales. The salespersons responsibilities include effectively dealing with all our customer requirements recommending solutions when necessary. Informing potential and existing customers of company promotions. You will also need to liaise and place orders with our suppliers to ensure all customers goods arrive on time.

To be successful in our sales office, it is preferable that you have a knowledge of distribution industry. Ultimately, an outstanding office-based salesperson should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

**Sales Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and the industry.
- Informing buying team of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current customer and market needs.

**Sales Coordinator Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience preferable but not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Fully IT proficient.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
