Experienced Tumble/gymnastics/cheerleading Coach

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and experienced coach to join our growing cheer family.

This is a fantasic role for somebody who has experience and is passionate about the sport but wants part time hours of an evening and weekends.

**Duties**:

- Plan and lead cheerleading/tumble practices and routines
- Teach cheerleading techniques, jumps, stunts, and tumbling skills
- Provide guidance and support to cheerleaders during training and competitions
- Develop and implement training programs to improve cheerleading/tumble skills
- Ensure the safety of athletes by enforcing proper techniques and spotting during stunts/tumbles
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a positive team environment

**Skills**:

- Strong background in cheerleading/tumble, with experience in competitive cheerleading preferred
- Knowledge of various cheerleading techniques, jumps, stunts, and tumbling skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate cheerleading skills to students of all ages
- Experience working with children or students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Excellent behavior management skills to maintain discipline and focus during practices and performances
- Physical fitness and ability to spot

**Requirements**:
Relevant qualifications upto and including level 4 (BCA/BGU or equivalent) for tumble

Relevant qualifications upto and including level 3 (BCQ/BGU or equivalent) for cheer

Knowledge of scoresheets

Roles available:
Tumble coach: Tuesday 430-830pm, with an opportunity for privates and small group sessions.

Cheerleading coach: Various evening hours available.

This position requires a passion for cheerleading and the ability to inspire and motivate students. If you have a love for the sport and enjoy working with young athletes, this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on their development.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 1-10 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
