**As customer access advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer and maintenance services and providing first-point resolution for customers and stakeholders.**

You'll accept and process payments from customers; assist in producing performance reports; manage customer contact through a variety of media, including digitally, and lead on an area of service. You'll be a vital initial contact for our customers.

These roles pays circa £21,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. The contracts are fixed term for 12 months, and are for 37 hours per week; flexible working and homeworking will be facilitated where possible.
