Hours: 40 per week Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) + 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 12 noon (paid as overtime)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Redruth.

As a Customer Service Advisor you are the first point of contact. You will liaise with the customer, the Bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first-class service. Teamwork is vital, as you will be working with colleagues in the Bodyshop and across other functional areas. A full UK manual driving licence is essential for the role.
