Office Administrative Assistant

Working hours are 8am-6pm Mon-Fri with a 1 hour lunch break.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls, manage bookings, and maintain an organised diary.
- Keep the office and reception area tidy and manage effective filing systems.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide accurate quotations for customers upon request.
- Produce customer invoices, including calculating the cost of parts and VAT.
**Requirements**:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Willingness to learn about car parts and car repairs.
Pay: £15,497.46-£28,000.00 per year
