**Location**: Reigate, Surrey
**Schedule**: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 9am - 5pm. Flexible to cover other days if required.
And work School Holidays.

**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Secretary/Office Saleswoman/Administration Office. This role will involve providing administrative support, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations. The position is part-time, with workdays scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office filing systems and databases.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Making phone calls to customer and suppliers
- Preparing paperwork for the accountant
- **Sales Support**:
- Provide product information and pricing to potential clients.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to facilitate the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**:
- Assist customers with product selection, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office/workshop supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance) as required.
- Assist in organizing company events or promotional activities.
- Opening and closing the shop-Preparing and sending invoices
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the marble or construction industry is a plus but not required as can be taught on the job.
- Able to work on own initiative in an efficient manner
- Able to work well under pressure
