Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the After-Care Services Team.
- Develop strategies to improve the processes and level of service provided by the after-sales service team.
- Drive performance of the after-care sales team to maximise efficiency.
- Develop the skills and training of the team.
- Assist with the planning of all calls for servicing, maintenance, installations, and reactive emergencies.
- Invoicing.
- Dispatching Parts.
- Maintain KPI’s with Customer Satisfaction Surveys and promote good relations with all customers.
- Promote maintenance contracts and all other sales by the company.
- Use of the CLIK (Field Service Software) and Fishbowl (Stock Inventory Software) electronic platforms. Training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- A plumbing background is desirable or plumbing practical experience.
- Auto-Cad experience.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
