**The role**

The purpose of this role is to carry out gardening and grounds maintenance duties and deliver advice to residents, colleagues, and clients.

This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team of operatives carrying out ground’s maintenance across the Greater Manchester area on all types of properties and sites. We are offering a great opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in this field whether you’re relatively new in this area or more experienced. The Grounds Maintenance team operate in small teams and so if you like the idea of working together in a close-knit team to get the job done, then this is the role for you

Please note a full UK driving licence is required for this role and a basic DBS check.

**The right fit**
- You’ll have demonstrable experience of horticulture and / or landscape maintenance.
- You’ll have knowledge of horticultural procedures and the safe use of equipment such as lawnmowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, chippers and hand tools.
- You’ll have awareness of relevant health and safety protocols.
- You’ll have experience of dealing with the public on a regular basis.
- You
- ll hold a full UK driving licence.
