**About the Role**

In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the smooth client flow from referral partners to the health and employment coaching team. By working collaboratively with external teams and other enabling functions, you will ensure a seamless referral to admission experience for our clients, while contributing to the positive reputation of our services and supporting our strategic aims.

In addition, you will provide valuable administrative support throughout the referral, admission and service delivery process. This will involve tasks such as setting up client files, uploading and sending documents, and managing the referral inbox. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial in ensuring that referrals to our services are conducted in a timely and client-focused manner.

**About You**

You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and possess a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships both internally with all levels of the organisation, and externally with commissioners, case managers, and referrers.

You will ideally hold a business administrator or customer service qualification at level 3 and have experience of providing an effective customer service journey. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident in handling sensitive phone conversations, and have solid organisational and prioritising abilities. The capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
