Play Worker

Job Title: Play Worker
**Duties**:
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime activities
- Plan and organise age-appropriate games, crafts, and other recreational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Assist with snack and meal times, including serving and cleaning up
- Maintain a clean and organised play area
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum level 2 in childcare
- Previous experience working with children in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and ability to use initiative
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or clearances
