We currently have a great a vacancy for an Employee Relations Adviser. We are looking for an individual who has a great customer service attitude and determined personality to join our newly developed People Function team. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team at this exciting time, as we continue to deliver excellent service across the business.

In the Employee Relations team, you will provide dedicated, high quality, Employee Relations service to all managers within Diligenta, ensuring that employee relations issues are acted upon in a thorough, consistent, equitable and pro-active manner so that all risks are effectively mitigated.

**You will be**:

- Promoting a positive ER climate through delivery of service that is accessible to all managers
- Assisting in the development and analysis of company policies and procedures to ensure the business can pro-actively respond to issues which may otherwise adversely affect the company or individuals
- Providing technical expertise to all managers and the People function, to support business change including TUPE transfers, re-organisation, restructures, harmonisation, and People initiatives as required
- Facilitating and managing the settlement agreement process to ensure risks are mitigated and appropriate sign off received

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Have demonstrable end to end employee relations experience with strong employment law knowledge
- Are experienced in advising and coaching management up to senior management on employee relations matters
- Can effectively communicate at all levels of the company
- including ability to actively listen, question and probe for information.
- To be able to coach, support, challenge and influence thoughts and actions to negotiate a sensitive, pragmatic and commercially
