The Bespoke Clinic is excited to offer a new role as the Clinic Facilitator.

The Clinic Facilitator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Bespoke Clinic.
Their primary role is to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently, providing a high
- quality experience and support to patients. The Clinic Facilitator plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support throughout their treatment journey. They must have a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations.

**Responsibilities**
The specific responsibilities of a Clinic Facilitator and some common duties include:

- Staff:_ The Clinic Facilitator is responsible for helping the Director with the recruitment, induction, and scheduling of staff.
- Ensuring compliance_: The Clinic Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that the clinic complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. This may include managing patient records, ensuring that allied healthcare professionals have the necessary licenses and certifications, and overseeing infection control procedures. The majority of this is governed by CQC and the Director will liaise with the Clinic Facilitator to ensure the smooth running of this aspect of their role.
- Maintaining equipment and supplies_: The Clinic Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that the clinic has the necessary equipment and supplies to provide high-quality care to patients. This may include ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs, and ensuring all equipment functions properly.
- Coordinating patient care_: The Clinic Facilitator is responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring that patients’ treatment and clinic sessions are booked appropriately and the relevant
Allied Healthcare Professional is aware of their timetable and commitment to the patients.
- Managing patient satisfaction_: The Clinic Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that patients are satisfied with the care and support they receive at The Bespoke Clinic. This may involve conducting patient satisfaction surveys, addressing complaints and concerns, and implementing changes to improve patient satisfaction.
- Cross-selling:_ The Clinic Facilitator will offer complementary or related products or services that the patients may also be interested in. They should have strong knowledge of what The Bespoke Clinic offers and how cross-selling will contribute to increased revenue, patient retention and improved patient satisfaction.

- Compassion and empathy_: The Clinic Facilitator should have a genuine concern for the well-being of patients and be able to empathise with their needs and concerns.
- Excellent communication skills_: The Clinic Facilitator should be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- IT skills_: The Clinic Facilitator should have strong IT skills, with the ability to use relevant software and technology to manage clinic operations and administrative tasks. Social Media posts and engagement is also required.
- Customer service_: The Clinic Facilitator should have a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to meet the needs of patients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Organisational skills_: The Clinic Facilitator should be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. They should be able to plan and coordinate resources effectively and ensure that all operational and administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail_: The Clinic Facilitator must be detail-orientated, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. They should be able to identify potential problems or issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Problem-solving skills_: The Clinic Facilitator should be able to identify problems and develop effective solutions to resolve them. They should be able to think critically and creatively and be able to adapt to changing situations.
- Results orientated:_ The Clinic Facilitator should have a focus on exceeding patient’s expectations, encouraging the ethos of health and wellbeing for that individual and achieving sales targets with relevant products and services.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Qualifications_: The Clinic Facilitator should have a relevant qualification in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
